You can change your postal details and payment details by accessing our self-service portal. Access the self-service portal here.
Log in to the self-service portal using your subscriber email and password.
Navigate to 'Account Settings' or 'Profile'.
Select 'Postal Address' from the menu.
Enter your new address details in the required fields.
Confirm the changes by clicking 'Save' or 'Update'.
If you do not find your details on our self-service portal then please contact us detailing what changes you require and we get them actioned. Please note that changes to delivery addresses may take up to 5 business days to process, and confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
