Can I cancel my subscription at the end of my trial?
Yes. You can request cancellation at any time during your trial. Your cancellation will be processed at the end of your trial period, and you will not be charged further.
Will I lose access immediately if I cancel during my trial?
No. If you cancel during your trial, you will retain access until the end of the trial period.
How do I cancel my trial subscription?
Contact us by email or phone, or use the Geographical subscription portal if you subscribed online since April 2023 (excluding direct debit).
