How to Check Your Active Subscriptions and Expiry Dates

Learn how to view all your active Geographical subscriptions and when each one expires using the online self-service portal. This helps you keep track of your magazine access and renewal dates.

Prerequisites

  • You must have subscribed on or after 1 March 2023, or have migrated to the self-service portal.

  • You need access to the email address linked to your subscription.

Steps to check your subscriptions and expiry dates

Go to the self-service subscription portal
Visit https://manage-subs.geographical.co.uk/portal.

Sign in to your account
Enter your registered email and password. Use 'Forgot password' if you need to reset access.

View your active subscriptions
On your account dashboard, look for the section labelled 'Active Subscriptions'. Each subscription is listed separately.

Check expiry dates
Each active subscription displays its expiry date. Review this to confirm when your access ends.

If you have more than one active subscription, each will be listed with its own expiry date. If you do not see your subscription, or details are missing, contact subscriptions@geographical.co.uk for help.

Verification

Confirm you can see all expected subscriptions and their expiry dates in your dashboard. If anything looks incorrect or missing, contact support.
