Check Your Subscription Start Date and Expected Delivery
Your first issue typically arrives 4 to 6 weeks after your subscription order. If you subscribed before the 10th of the month, expect the first copy around the 24th of that month (UK only). After the 10th, your first issue will be posted the following month.

Confirm Subscription Status and Payment
Log into the self-service subscription portal at https://manage-subs.geographical.co.uk/portal to check your subscription status and confirm payment was received. If you cannot access your details or see an issue, contact subscriptions@geographical.co.uk.

Check Your Mailing Address
Ensure your postal address is correct in the subscription portal. Update if needed. If you cannot update online, contact the Subscriptions Team with your correct address.
