After you submit a change of address request for your Geographical subscription, you will receive a confirmation email once the update has been processed.

How do I know if my address change is complete?

  • You will receive a confirmation email sent to your registered email address once your change of address has been processed.

  • If you used the self-service portal, you can also log in and check your details under 'Account Settings' or 'Profile' to confirm your current address.

How long does it take to process an address change?

Changes to delivery addresses may take up to 5 business days to process.

What if I haven't received confirmation?

  • Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within 5 business days, contact our Subscriptions Team at subscriptions@geographical.co.uk with your request details.
