Requesting deletion of your personal data after cancellation

You can request that Geographical deletes all personal information held about you once your subscription is cancelled. This process removes your details from our systems and is completed in line with data privacy regulations.

How to request data deletion

Cancel your subscription
Ensure your subscription has been cancelled. You can cancel via the subscription portal, by email, or by phone.

Contact the Subscriptions Team
Email subscriptions@geographical.co.uk with your request for personal data deletion. Include your name, subscription details, and the email address associated with your account.

Wait for confirmation
The Subscriptions Team will review your request and confirm once all personal information has been deleted. This process usually takes up to 30 days, in line with data protection regulations.
Some information may be retained if required by law (for example, for financial or auditing purposes). The Subscriptions Team will explain if any details must be kept and for how long.
