How can I confirm my subscription has been cancelled?
You will receive a confirmation email from Geographical after your cancellation request is processed. You can also check your subscription status in the Geographical subscription portal or by contacting the Subscriptions Team.
How long does it take to get confirmation?
Most cancellation confirmations are sent within 2 business days of your request. If you cancelled online, you may see the status update immediately in your portal account.
What should I do if I don’t receive confirmation?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email after 3 business days, please contact subscriptions@geographical.co.uk or call the Subscriptions Team for assistance.
